How these titles are selected

Story prerequisites are curated. Likely prerequisites are inferred from sequel numbering or explicit synopsis references. Recommendations are earlier stories in the same continuity; background picks are separate adaptations. Series lists cover whole shows, not an episode-by-episode watch order.

Where it fits in the DC universe

DC Showcase: The Losers is title 4 of 12 in our Tomorrowverse viewing sequence. Start with this separate World War II dinosaur-island short; its original packaging with Batman: The Long Halloween, Part One does not make that feature required viewing. It provides optional background for the Losers material in the Tomorrowverse finale, Justice League: Crisis on Infinite Earths Part Three. The later House of Mystery collection repeats the same short.
